About Dr. Joshua Farahnik, ND, MPH(c), RH(AHG)
Dr. Farahnik is a Naturopathic Physician and researcher specializing in integrative medical care of neurodegenerative diseases, as well as gastrointestinal wellness and recovery from environmental toxins, heavy metals, and molds. He has been a protege of Dr. Laurie Mischley, working alongside her in a Parkinson's disease focused clinical practice and research since 2017.
He sees patients both virtually and in person at Seattle Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Farahnik completed naturopathic medical school at Bastyr University and is currently finishing his Masters of Public Health (with a focus in epidemiology and biostatistics) at the University of Washington. He is passionate about evidence-based, integrative medicine, research, and increasing access to integrative interventions in healthcare. Prior to becoming a physician he worked in the healing arts for 10 years, primarily as a clinical herbalist, and is still a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild. He completed his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Music at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
